Bio
Melih is a design-thinker and focuses on creating and conducting training content on human-centered design. He is dedicated to designing training and meeting sessions that make the most of the groups’ creative potentials. His former role as a film festival coordinator helps him turn content into engaging narratives. His previous experience as a content creator includes the design and implementation of a 8-week online facilitation training for Danish Refugee Council personnel (incl. the creation of an online facilitation toolkit) and workshop design and co-facilitation of Circular Food Workshop Series conducted in partnership with Dutch Consulate and Impact Hub Amsterdam, which included the creation of facilitators’ guide for the other co-facilitators.
Currently, he works on several projects of Impact Hub Istanbul as a content creator and facilitator such as Embark Academy, which is a design-focused training program for refugee youth residing in Turkey, and several corporate social innovation or collaboration programs for companies such as Organik Kimya and Abdi İbrahim. His work in these programs include the design of the training and event contents and facilitation.
